A paved yard
Paving sits on a bed of crushed stone and sand. Rolled properly, it stays flat where the car stands, and rainwater does not pool by the house.
Our roller and its operator compact the stone and sand under yards, drives and platforms, layer by layer, in Chișinău and across Moldova.

People call in a roller compactor when something heavy is going on the ground: paving in a yard, asphalt on a road, cars in a car park. A loose base shows itself after the first winter, in potholes and sunken slabs. Our roller goes over each layer several times, until it stops leaving a mark.
2-3 layers of stone and sand under a drive, as a rule
A heavy roller works on open ground, where it can run from end to end many times over. These are its usual jobs.

Paving sits on a bed of crushed stone and sand. Rolled properly, it stays flat where the car stands, and rainwater does not pool by the house.
A car uses it every day, and while the house is going up, a loaded tipper too. Rolled crushed stone takes heavy wheels without rutting.
A dirt lane the neighbours look after together, or the track to a new plot. We bring crushed stone or granite and roll it until it stops spreading under the wheels.
Where lorries, containers or a hangar will stand, the ground has to be firm across the whole area. The roller covers it evenly, with no soft strips left between passes.
A layer of sand and gravel mix or sand goes under a slab foundation or a workshop floor. Once rolled, it does not settle after the concrete is poured.
A good base is built in thin layers, each rolled before the next goes down. A thick layer tipped all at once stays loose at the bottom, however long the roller works on top.
The topsoil comes off, the ground is levelled and what remains is rolled. If the plot needs levelling first, our backhoe loader does it before the roller comes.
It fills the dips and lets water drain through. It is spread out, given a little water in dry weather, and rolled.
This is the layer that carries the load. It usually goes down 15-20 cm at a time, and the roller works each one until the stones lock together and stop shifting under the drum.
The finished base takes paving, asphalt or one more layer of fine gravel if the road is to stay that way.
We sell crushed stone, sand and gravel mix, gravel, quarry stone, crushed granite and washed sand. Our tipper delivers them, and the roller can start as soon as the first load is down.
Tell us how big the area is, in metres or in paces, what goes on top and whether the material is already on site. That shows us how much work there is, and we give you the price.
Our low loader brings the roller, and the operator drives it off the deck as close to the job as he can get.
The operator works from the edges towards the middle so the material does not spread outwards. Each pass overlaps the last a little, so no strip is left unrolled.
A layer is done when the roller leaves no mark and the stone does not move underfoot. Only then does the next one go down.
After the last layer the low loader takes the roller away. The base is ready for paving or asphalt.
Our low loader brings the roller to all five sectors of Chișinău, to the villages around the city and further on, anywhere in Moldova.
Chișinău Botanica, Buiucani, Centru, Ciocana, Râșcani.
Suburbs Sîngera, Băcioi, Colonița, Ghidighici, Cojușna, Mileștii Mici, Revaca, Floreni, Ciorescu.
Is the job in Comrat, Căușeni or somewhere else? Just tell us where and the roller comes there too.
We give the price on the phone as soon as we know the size of the area, how many layers there are and which sector or village the job is in. Our operator works the roller, and his time is already counted in the price.
A roller is for large open areas: a whole yard, a road, a platform. It is heavy and compacts a thicker layer in one pass, so the job goes much faster than with a plate pushed by hand.
Yes. The roller compacts what is there, but it does not move soil from one spot to another. Our backhoe loader evens out the holes and humps, and the roller follows it on the day we agree beforehand.
Yes. We sell crushed stone, crushed granite and sand and gravel mix for bases, and our tipper drops them right where they will be spread. You get the price of the material at the same time.
To start with, we only need the village or sector, the size of the area and what goes on top.
